real estate club BBA Co-Presidents
Junior BBA, Ross school of business
Daniel is a junior BBA originally from San Diego, California, studying real estate and finance. Daniel initially became interested in real estate at the age of 10 after watching the first season of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles", and has been hooked ever since.
In addition to serving on the board of the Michigan Real Estate Club, Daniel is also the Co-President of the Alternative Investments Club. Having leadership positions in both clubs has allowed Daniel to capitalize of synergies between the two clubs and broaden the reach of real estate on campus.
As a freshman, Daniel interned for two residential "fix and flip" companies in San Diego for their acquisitions departments. Then as a sophomore, Daniel interned for Choice NY Management, becoming exposed to property management, accounting, leasing, and underwriting. Daniel's experiences have given him the opportunity to become well-versed in many disciplines within real estate. He hopes to translate these skills into a role at a development or investment firm.
