JORDAN DAVIS

Senior BBA, Ross school of business

Jordan is a senior BBA from Cleveland, Ohio. Although Jordan grew up in a real estate family, his passion for real estate and urban revitalization is completely organic. For the past four years, he has diligently worked alongside Ross MBAs to lead Michigan's Real Estate Club, and assisted with the successful merger of Michigan's Undergraduate and Graduate Real Estate Clubs as a sophomore.

Over his freshman and sophomore summers, Jordan held internships with Hemisphere Development in Cleveland, learning about the intricacies of brownfield redevelopment. Most recently, he worked as a Summer Associate for Thor Equities in New York City.

Outside of the Real Estate Club, Jordan is active around Michigan's campus. He was asked to become the first-ever Undergraduate teaching assistant for Adjunct Professor Peter Allen's Graduate-Level "Real Estate Essentials" course, taught every year to Graduate Students and Ross MBAs. Jordan founded Michigan's Yoga Club as a freshman and still remains its Chairman, helping the Club's Board oversee close to 120 paid members every semester. Jordan is also one of Bruce Springsteen's biggest fans, and is still waiting for Coach Jim Harbaugh to invite "The Boss" up for a Michigan Football halftime performance.
