Adam Munder, Principal and CMO of Sterling Organization (a private equity retail real estate firm) will be joining the Real Estate Club to recruit new Financial Analysts for the company's Palm Beach headquarters.
Below is a job description for Sterling's Financial Analyst position:
The Sterling Organization seeks a Financial Analyst for its Palm Beach corporate headquarters. The Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to interface with several groups within the company and gain significant exposure to the investment, operation and leasing of commercial retail real estate.
•Financial modeling / cash flow forecasting with IRR
•Acquisition due diligence
•Assisting with reports to investors
•Organization of potential acquisition targets
•College graduate with knowledge of commercial retail real estate, financial transactions, and financial modeling and budgeting.
•Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and other standard business software. Proficiency in ARGUS is preferred, but not required.
•Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and should be able to take on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

Core/Stabilized: Characteristics of our targeted core/stabilized real estate investments include:
Grocery-anchored shopping centers
In select major MSAs where grocer is No. 1 or No. 2 of pure grocers from a market share perspective
Primary MSAs (Top 50)
Stable, predictable cash flow / Anchors have strong sales, reasonable health ratios
Deal size: $10 million to $250 million
Individual deals and/or portfolios
Adam Munder's Bio:
Mr. Munder is a Principal and serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Sterling Organization and its related companies. Mr. Munder's responsibilities include sourcing and aligning equity partners for appropriate investment opportunities and raising institutional capital for Sterling's closed-end discretionary funds. Additionally, he oversees investor relation matters for the company as they relate to both Sterling’s funds and both long-standing and newer investment partners. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Munder served as the Managing Director of Rednum Capital Partners where he managed a portfolio of retail, office and multifamily assets. Prior to his work at Rednum Capital Partners, Mr. Munder was an Institutional Product Specialist at Johnson and Johnson and served as the Institutional Sales Director at Lee Munder Capital Group.
Mr. Munder holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.
