"Placemaking In The City & Neighborhood of Tomorrow"

Now in its 30th year, the UM/ULI Real Estate Forum began as a reunion of Peter Allen's students, Michigan real estate alumni, and industry professionals. It has now evolved into a commitment between the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, Taubman School of Architecture & Planning, and the Urban Land Institute to enhance both professional and academic real estate education. Through the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices in development and responsible land use, highlighting investment and development opportunities and engaging local, regional and national real estate practitioners and leaders, the Forum provides an annual opportunity for collaboration, innovation and influence.

We are thrilled to welcome back our Michigan Real Estate Alumni, friends, and industry professionals to this special 30th Anniversary Forum! Michigan has produced some of the greatest real estate minds in the industry, and the Forum is returning to Ann Arbor so alumni can have their own visionary gathering for dealmaking and reconnecting on campus!
